Creatics Enterpriese Inc. ("Creatics") recognizes that its customers, visitors, users, and others who use www.creatics.org or other web sites owned or operated by Creatics (the "Creatics Sites") (collectively or individually "Users") value their privacy. This Privacy Notice details important information regarding the use and disclosure of User information collected on the Creatics Sites. The Information Cinequest Collects

Information you provide Through Your Account: This is information that you provide to us through text fields, such as your name, payment information and benefits.

You may also sign up using a Facebook or Google account. We will ask permission to access basic information from your Facebook or Google account, such as your name, email, and profile picture. You can choose to stop sharing that information with us at any time by going to Facebook or Google to remove Creatics’s access to that account and your ability to log in. You also have the option to add more information to your public profile, such as profile pictures, preferences, videos, images, text, links, and about sections, which we store along with any comments or messages you submit on Creatics.

User Provided Information: You might also provide certain personally identifiable information to Creatics when choosing to participate in various activities on the Creatics Sites such as entering contests or sweepstakes, taking advantage of promotions and services, opportunities, responding to surveys, or subscribing to newsletters or other mailing lists.

Cookies Information: When you visit the Creatics Sites, we may send one or more cookies - a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. Creatics uses both session cookies and persistent cookies. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser. Persistent cookies may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the site. Clear GIFs Information: When you use the Creatics Sites, we may employ "clear GIFs" (a.k.a. Web Beacons) which are used to track the online usage patterns of our Users anonymously (i.e., in a non-personally-identifiable manner). In addition, we may also use clear GIFs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients.

Marketing Subscriptions: We store data about how we've marketed to you. We use this info to Market Creatics to you. This helps us understand how you use the service and platform and market Creatics to you, including suggesting opportunities, events, services, and creative work you might be interested in experiencing.

Opting out will stop marketing emails. Please allow up to 30 days for your opt- out request to be processed. If you have an account with Creatics, you will continue to receive service-related emails, and texts, if you have opted into receiving texts. You will also continue to receive service-related shipments of benefits to the designated delivery address.

When Cinequest Discloses Information

We provide personally identifiable information and non-personally-identifiable information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or other businesses or persons for the purpose of processing such information on our behalf. Our Commitment To Childrens' Privacy

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, Creatics does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information or non- personally-identifiable information on the Creatics Sites from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of our website is directed to persons under 13.
